Posted on October 25, 2015

Associated Industries of Massachusetts congratulates the 20 AIM-member companies named last week to The Boston Globe’s list of top women-led businesses in Massachusetts.

Included in that list were four companies led by members of the AIM Board of Directors: Sensata Technologies of Attleboro, led by President and Chief Executive Officer Martha Sullivan; Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries of Boston, led by President and CEO Joanne Hilferty; Fraser Engineering of Newton, led by President and CEO Cecelia Fraser; and Onyx Specialty Papers of South Lee, led by President and Co-Owner Pat Begrowicz.

“AIM is proud to have so many successful woman-led companies as members of the association and, in particular, to have Martha, Joanne, Cecelia and Pat as key members of our board of directors,” said Richard C. Lord, President and Chief Executive Officer of AIM.

The Globe and the Commonwealth Institute developed their list by looking at revenue or operating budget and other variables, including number of full-time employees in the state, workplace and management diversity, and innovative projects. They the ranked organizations “according to our own formula.”
