Every year, AIM honors companies or individuals who have made an extraordinarily  impact on the Commonwealth  with the  2022 Vision, Gould & Latimer Awards. These three prestigious awards honor Massachusetts businesses that have made unique contributions to the economy of the commonwealth,  changed the quality of public education, or have demonstrated actionable commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The Vision Award reflects our mission to stand for economic prosperity, and a government that acknowledges that the private sector has the unique responsibility to create the “common wealth” for all the people of Massachusetts.

The Lewis Latimer Award is presented to a Massachusetts organization or business leader who has demonstrated commitment or innovation in the area of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

The John Gould Education & Workforce Award recognizes the contributions of individuals, employers & institutions who added to the quality of public education and  the advancement & employability of the Commonwealth.
