Sam Larson

Vice President of Government Affairs & Legal Counsel

Prior to joining AIM, Sam was the Research Director for the Committee on Labor and Workforce Development in the Massachusetts State Legislature. Sam was a staffer in 2018 or the “Grand Bargain” negotiations, which led to several employment-law and tax reforms. Sam served as a committee staffer for Chairs John Scibak, Paul Brodeur, and Josh Cutler and as a legislative aide to Representative Ken Gordon.

Sam is from Belmont and received his B.A. in History from Gettysburg College. He earned a Juris Doctorate from New England Law Boston in the evening program.

If not at AIM, Sam would likely be trying to write a Ph.D. thesis or a screenplay about late 19th century American history.
