Patty Stephens

Accounting Manager & Employee Benefits Specialist

Patty joined AIM in 1991.  As a key member of the finance team, Patty ensures that all payroll, accounts payable and general ledger functions are completed in an accurate and timely manner.  Patty produces key financial reports for the CFO as well as members of the Executive Team.  Patty also handles orientation of all new employees and administers AIM’s employee benefit programs.  Patty actively leads or assists in planning AIM employee events.

Patty is a member of SHRM.
