Nurys Camargo

Vice President of Member Services

Nurys Camargo serves as Vice President of Member Services at the Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM), where she leads efforts to engage and grow AIM’s diverse membership community. In this role, Nurys focuses on delivering exceptional service, building strong relationships with members, and ensuring that AIM provides meaningful value to businesses across the Commonwealth.

Nurys has held leadership roles at the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission, AT&T New England, and the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security, building statewide programs that support diverse constituencies and deliver organizational impact. She is also the founder of Chica Project, a nonprofit focused on leadership development for young women of color.

She holds an MPA from Baruch College and a BS in Criminal Justice from Mount Ida College. She has been recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Bostonians and a Top 100 Influential Person of Color in Massachusetts.

Outside of work, Nurys enjoys fishing, reading, and observing the world around her.
