Prior to joining AIM, Julie worked for Boston Children’s Hospital’s Human Resources on the Workforce Development team, supporting community workforce training programs and projects.  There, she focused on participant recruitment and screening, onboarding and orientation, and success coaching to optimize post-program employment opportunities.

Previous to working at BCH, Julie worked at Boston College for many years.  There, she managed the operational and administrative needs of a state-sponsored supported employment program, serving neurodivergent university employees.

Julie provided impactful leadership in program and process improvement efforts for quality service delivery and strengthened relationships with partnering departments. Service efforts encompassed comprehensive and ongoing training and development, advocacy, and ensuring inclusive practices in the workplace.

Julie received an M.A. in Applied Developmental and Educational Psychology from Boston College and a B.A. in Psychology from UMASS Boston.

If Julie weren’t at AIM, she might be practicing yoga, at the beach, and/or traveling.
