It’s been a head-spinning first six months of 2025 here at AIM.
From legislative wins to speaking out on tariffs to convening extraordinary discussions with elected officials like Governor Maura Healey, Congresswoman Lori Trahan and MBTA General Manager Philip Eng, AIM has given its 3,400 member employers a voice in shaping the Massachusetts economy.
That’s why I was proud last week to publish AIM’s mid-year report for 2025. The report is part of our commitment to transparency about the value we provide to the companies that make up this dynamic association.
This year has been defined by momentum, member engagement, and meaningful impact. We’ve been your advocate in policy conversations, your partner in navigating complex workforce challenges, and your connector across sectors and regions.
Just as publicly traded companies answer to their shareholders, AIM answers to its members, large and small, from every industry and across the commonwealth. Please review our mid-year report and let me know what you think.
When we come together, we move Massachusetts forward. Thank you for your continued trust and partnership. We’re just getting started, and I can’t wait tosee what we build in the second half of 2025.
