Get Ready for a New AIM Web Site

Posted on September 21, 2025

We at AIM take seriously our responsibility to communicate timely, accurate and valuable information to our 3,400 members.

That’s why we plan to introduce a new AIM web site in the next few weeks that will provide easy access to our unparalleled policy insights, human-resources services and high-profile events. The web address remains the same – www.aimnet.org – and so does our commitment to provide information and resources you and other Massachusetts employers need as you follow the road to success.

The web site is just one element of a comprehensive strategy to keep you “in the know” about the work AIM does on your behalf. We post every day on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, X and Instagram); we post videos on YouTube; our blog comments on issues that matter to employers; our podcasts explore human resources challenges; we speak to the news media regularly; and the AIM Pulse e-newsletter provides an easy-to-read snapshot of everything going on at the statewide business association. AIM meets you wherever you prefer to get your information.

The AIM web site draws more than 330,000 views and 96,000 users each year. Some 8,400 people follow our various social-media accounts.

AIM remains committed to the type of open and honest communication that builds credibility with our members, elected officials and the public. You as a member of this organization have the right to know not just what we’re doing, but why we’re doing it.

All this matters because communication shapes outcomes – whether it’s securing a reduction in the short-term capital gains tax last year to helping hundreds of members comply with new wage-transparency rules during 2025.

We plan to go live with our revamped web site in early October. I invite you to visit the site and send me your comments.
