Committee Purpose & Mission

AIM provides members with a strong voice on Beacon Hill and works with members to identify and address public policy issues. AIM supports employment law policies that encourage a positive business climate and reduce administrative burdens for employers in the state. AIM will draft legislation, issue public statements, and lobby key issues wherever they go in state government.

Benefits and Why Members Engage:

The group forms ad-hoc task forces to address specific employment law issues. Members benefit from access to key policymakers and resources on HR and employment law policies.

Members work with AIM to engage public policy leaders in direct meetings. They also work on various types of programs to educate business and policy leaders about specific issues

Members have access to key staff and can reach out at any time regarding questions or concerns regarding public policy matters.

The Employment Law Committee is comprised of CEOs, senior executives, in-house counsels, HR managers, attorneys, and corporate government affairs professionals focused on employment law and human resources-related policies.
