Separately, the AIM board elected officers of the association and members of the AIM Executive Committee to serve for the next year. Gregory Buscone, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Banking Officer at Eastern Bank, was re-elected as Chair of the Board; Tricia Canavan, President and CEO of The Tech Foundry in Springfield, was elected vice chair; Marie Johnson, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Ken’s Foods in Marlboro, will serve as treasurer; and Marianne Lancaster, President and Owner of Lancaster Packaging in Hudson, as clerk.
“The 3,400 members of AIM should feel confident in the ability of this distinguished group of business leaders to direct the statewide business association toward a bright future. We stand ready to meet the opportunities and challenges ahead,” Buscone said.
The AIM Board of Directors will have 64 members for 2025-2026. More than half are women and just under a quarter are people of color. Members represent companies from the Berkshires to Boston.
