One of the primary reasons for the success of Associated Industries of Massachusetts is the dedicated group of officers and directors who guide the association as we represent the interests of Massachusetts employers.
That leadership team became even stronger on Friday as AIM members elected three new members of the Board of Directors and re-elected 11 members from industries across the economic landscape.
The new directors are:

Members also elected Joanne Hilferty, President & CEO of Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries, and Cathy Rocheleau, retired co-owner and Director of Rocheleau Tool & Die, as directors emerita in recognition of their long and distinguished service to AIM.
In a separate action, the Board of Directors re-elected Gregory Buscone, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Banking Officer at Eastern Bank, as board chair for the next year. Tricia Canavan, President of Tech Foundry, was elected vice chair; Gary Evee, Founder and CEO of Aprivé, will serve as clerk; and Marianne Lancaster, President and Owner of Lancaster Packaging, will serve as Clerk of the Corporation.
Board members elected two new members of the AIM Executive Committee – Pam Kuong, Senior Vice President and Market Director, Santander; and Stephanie Lee, Vice President, New England State and Local Government Affairs, Verizon.
