The new directors are:

In a separate action, the Board of Directors re-elected Gregory Buscone, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Banking Officer at Eastern Bank, as board chair for the next year. Tricia Canavan, President of Tech Foundry, was elected vice chair; Gary Evee, Founder and CEO of Aprivé, will serve as clerk; and Marianne Lancaster, President and Owner of Lancaster Packaging, will serve as Clerk of the Corporation.

Board members elected two new members of the AIM Executive Committee – Pam Kuong, Senior Vice President and Market Director, Santander; and Stephanie Lee, Vice President, New England State and Local Government Affairs, Verizon.
