AIM Elects Five New Directors; Re-Elects 17

Members of the Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM) ratified the election of five new directors and the re-election of 17 incumbent directors during a special meeting Friday.

The new members of the AIM Board of Directors are:

  • Joe Bahena, Senior Vice President, Joseph Abboud Mfg. Co.
  • Martin D’Eramo, Director, State Government Relations, Raytheon Technologies
  • Carol Holahan, Partner and Co-Chair, Energy and Climate Group, Foley Hoag
  • Nathan Tuan Pham, State Government Affairs, Verizon
  • Luis Yepez, Chief Operating Officer, Mainstream Global

Incumbent directors elected to the board include:

  • Phyllis Barajas, Founder & CEO, Conexion
  • Patricia Begrowicz, President, Onyx Specialty Papers
  • Anne Broholm, CEO, Ahead LLC
  • David Bugbee, Managing Director-Commercial Banking, Citizens Bank
  • Brian Burke, Assistant General Counsel, Microsoft Corp.
  • Carol Campbell, President & CEO, Chicopee Industrial Contractors
  • Adam Chase, President & CEO, Chase Corporation
  • Scott Chatlin, President & CEO, Twin Rivers Technologies
  • Jeff Crowley, President, Wachusett Mountain Associates
  • Jack Derby, President, Derby Management
  • Chuck Hatch, General Manager, New England Region, Packaging Corporation of America
  • Michael Hogan, President & CEO, The Meeting House at Redbrook
  • Ted Kane, Principal, Strategic Benefit Advisors
  • John Lynch, Principal, Lynch, DeSimone & Nylen
  • Paul O’Connor, Head of US Tax, MilliporeSigma
  • John Stowe, President, LUTCO
  • Meghan Sullivan, Partner, Sullivan, Hayes & Quinn

All directors were elected to three-year terms.

AIM members also elected Leslie Greis, Owner of Kinefac Corporation and Founder of Perennial Capital Advisors, as Director Emerita in recognition of her distinguished service to the board and the association.

“We welcome the five new business leaders, 17 returning leaders and new Director Emerita, all of whom shape the direction of the statewide business association for the next three years.”
