AIM’s Human Resources Community is made up of individuals from member companies across Massachusetts that are interested in best practices, the latest on new laws and regulations, industry trends and professional development. Members share the common goals of managing their company’s talent, HR strategy and compliance efforts.
The HR Community supports those responsible for their company’s workplace success through monthly round tables, hot topic webinars, workshops, newsletters and programs. Members also stay ahead of new state laws and regulations by signing up for issue specific communications and by participating in surveys and AIM’s Employment Law Policy Committee.
