In this capacity as Senior Vice President of Government Affairs and Counsel,  Bob is responsible for all energy, environmental, transportation, chemical or product legislation, regulation and ballot questions.

Bob’s work includes regulatory, legislative and administrative efforts.  He has appeared on behalf of AIM in front of the Department of Public Utilities, the Department of Environmental Protection, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Public Safety, and many other agencies.  He represents AIM as a member of several ongoing advisory groups within the Department of Environmental Protection, the New England Power Pool and other agencies, including various regulatory reform committees.
