Committee Purpose/Mission

Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM) is committed to diversifying the racial, ethnic, gender, sexual orientation, age, ability,  geography, and industry elements of its membership, board of directors, and staff.

The AIM Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee oversees efforts by the association to attract talented people of varying backgrounds and opinions in the service of improving the Massachusetts economy.

The initiative is led by the AIM Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and CEO, supported by a broad group of members, directors, and staff.
