John Regan talks about AIM’s commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work
Scores of member companies have asked us to help them create a roadmap they can follow to ensure their operations reflect the full diversity of Massachusetts residents. After two years of planning and discussions, we are proud to launch a series of programs designed to help Massachusetts companies expand the diversity, equity, and inclusivity of their organizations. The effort will be guided by nine principles articulated by AIM President John Regan, following the death of George Floyd.
The effort is intended to help companies realize the benefits of diversity and to broaden the potential pool of talented employees, key vendors, and potential customers.
The objective is to improve the Commonwealth by addressing persistent gaps in income, health care, and access to technology faced by people of color and exacerbated by the COVID pandemic.
