Read MoreThe AIM Wage Survey has a new look, a new partner and data that will allow member companies to measure their compensation in a hyper-competitive hiring market.
AIM announced today that it has established a partnership with Salary.com to provide members with up-to-date wage and salary information for hundreds of job titles in Massachusetts and the Northeast.
The collaboration will give members the opportunity to participate in one of two wage surveys through Salary.com.
The Manufacturing/Distribution Survey reports on more than 800 jobs and targets the manufacturing and distribution industry; the BenchMark Pro Survey reports on more than 500 jobs and targets administrative positions. These surveys reflect data provided by organizations and not employees.
“The scope of Salary.com and the deep relationships that AIM has with its 3,300 members form the perfect combination to create the most accurate and useful compensation survey in New England,” said Kyle Pardo, Executive Vice President of AIM HR Solutions.
There is no cost to participate. All participants will receive a comprehensive results report, along with a copy of Salary.com’s Pay Practice and Benefits Report.
The new surveys will run on a quarterly basis. They replace the annual AIM General Wage Survey, which ran for 38 years.
Salary.com is a benchmarking site where employers and employees can compare compensation data across various industries. The company was founded in 1999.
AIM members interested in participating in one of the wage surveys through Salary.com, may fill out a request form.
